The founders.

Frost Accounting Ltd was set up in 2010 by Vanessa Frost and has recently merged with Willan and Willan to become Frost & Willan Accounting Limited.

Willan and Willan was the practice run by Michael Willan. Michael is a local Chartered Accountant and has been practicing in Hartley Wintney since 1987. Before setting up on his own he practiced as a partner in Birch Sergeant, with offices in Farnham and Hartley Wintney.

Areas of Expertise.

Michael specialises in Personal tax, Inheritance tax, Charity Accounts and Trusts as well as being a general Accountancy Practitioner.

Vanessa Frost qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a Big Four firm over fifteen years ago in 2003. Since then she has worked both in industry and accountancy practice, gaining experience of providing an array of accounting services for a wide range of small and medium businesses. She is a Proadvisor for Quickbooks, and as such is a ‘QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program Member’.

The company.

In 2018, Vanessa began working alongside Michael Willan and in 2020 they decided to make their arrangement more formal by way of merging their businesses. Frost & Willan Accounting Ltd was born. We work closely with local businesses and individuals, assisting them with their Accounting and Tax requirements, day-to-day accounts management and ad hoc financial challenges. We have a team of staff with a range of experience and expertise which enables us to build one to one relationships with our clients and offer a service to meet the specific needs of each client.
